Live in real community

New College Franklin students live in and amongst the broader Franklin community — either in local apartments with roommates or with host families. Rather than an impersonal dorm culture disconnected from community, students are able to be active participants in the community as they create homes together, host each other for meals, and become a part of a church family.

Our students graduate with important life skills —knowing how to care for an apartment, cook their own meals, negotiate a lease, and manage roommate conflict—making for an easy transition to life after college.

The college office is happy to connect students with potential roommates and recommend host families (as available) or local apartment options. Reach out below for more information.
